There is no place like home

I love this beautiful place where I grew up. With amazing sunsets like this, how could you not love it? (Have you noticed I’m obsessed with sunsets yet?)

Growing up in a rural area is what helped shape me into who I am today. Growing up on a small hobby farm with cows, horses, pigs, and chickens really gave me a love and respect for animals. Spending time with my dad and learning from him how to care for animals and seeing how much he cared just made it that much easier to become a vet. From a young age, I just couldn’t picture myself as being anything else.

There have been countless times that I have sat and looked at this view. Thinking about what I want in life and how to make it happen. Being a vet has been a dream since forever. And I am only 2 years away from making that dream come true. If your every passing through Utah, take a stop at a local farm and let them know how much you appreciate all the hard work they do for the food that you eat.
